This month, 97% of our patients said the service they received from us was good or very good. Some of the comments we received included:
“Today, all the staff whom I met were friendly, the nurse for the appointment was on time, efficient and caring and didn't appear in a hurry.”

We would like to thank all of our patients for their patience during this period of high demand. Our reception team work very hard to answer calls as quickly as possible at 8am, so even if you hear a high queue number, we will get to your call quickly.
We are working to offer more appointments to patients, including extended access clinics in the early mornings and late evenings. We would encourage any patient to sign up to our Online booking services where you can book appointments up to 4 weeks in advance with a GP of your choice.
We would also like to remind all patients that we have an Acute Illness Clinic run by our trained Triage Team from 8:00AM to 12:00AM every morning who will call you back and can deal with any urgent medical issues on that day.
