**We now offer GP appointments on either a Monday or Tuesday evening, once a month on Saturdays and some early mornings from May 2009. These are available to all patients of Pound Hill and Copthorne but will all be conducted at the Pound Hill Branch of the Practice. Please contact the surgery for more details.

We run a computerised appointments system, and appointments are usually available within 48hrs.

Requests for urgent appointments are dealt with by a telephone triage system. Please contact the surgery and a Nurse or Doctor will phone you to discuss the problem and arrange an appointment or advice as necessary. If possible, please try to phone before 10.00am. This system applies at both Surgeries.
