The Practice is now booking for : Seasonal flu vaccinations / Swine flu vaccinations

Please contact the surgery on either 0844 477 1816 (Pound Hill Branch) or 0844 477 1815 (Copthorne Branch) to book your appointment. These are for patients in one of the ‘at risk’ groups.

Swine Flu Information:

The National Pandemic Flu Service is a new self-care service which will give people with pandemic swine flu symptoms fast access to antivirals.

The service is a new dedicated website (www.direct.gov.uk/pandemicflu) and phoneline:

0800 1 513 100

or 0800 1 513 200 (Textphone) for people to check their symptoms and get a unique number which will give you access to antivirals if necessary. They will also be advised where their closest antiviral collection point will be.

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY IF YOU HAVE ANY FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS

The present Pound Hill Surgery was opened in 1991 but we have been providing care to our patients since 1954 through our highly trained practice team. We provide a comprehensive range of medical services at Pound Hill and also at our branch surgery in Copthorne village.

As regards Repeat Prescriptions please allow two working days before collection. If a request is received after 6.30pm then the 2 days will run from the beginning of the next day that the Practice is open.
